Any purchase may be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the items are returned in the same condition as you received them. There must be no signs of wear on the product. If you are unsure of your purchase, please use a sock or a footie to try the footwear on while deciding. As the Birkenstock begins molding to your foot, your foot will make an imprint in the footbed. Once this footprint starts to show, we cannot return the item. Items must be return in the original box with the original packaging included inside the box.
